Do you have insurance?
We certainly do, we have £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance as standard
Areyour inflatables and equipment safety tested?
We sure are, we’re the only inflatable company in Wales with not one, but two PIPA inspectors and machinists in our team, meaning we can repair any issues before the next event! All our inflatables are inspected in accordance with BS EN14960:2013 and issued with PIPA Tags where possible. Just take a look at some of the products and your see that each of them has an associated test certificate attached.
What Food Hygiene rating do you have?
We have been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene, this is all thanks to our wonderful team and working closely with the Local Authority to ensure that we are doing everything right!
Are you a real company?
We certainly are! We have been running over 15 years now and deliver to over 300 events per year. Our staff are all employed under the PAYE system. We don't this for a bit of fun its our passion!
Do you own all of attractions?
Unlike many events companies we own all of our attractions meaning we can ensure the attractions are in excellent condition, fully tested and operated correctly. The only difference to this is when we work with trusted partners to co-ordinate things such as Toilets, Large fairground rides, larger event generators etc...
Where are you based?
We are based in Swansea in South Wales however we travel all over the country (subject to min hire values), with regular events in Scotland to Cornwall we’ve even been to Denmark for an event this year!
Am I covered by your insurance if I don’t have supervision?
Unfortunately, any attraction that is ‘dry-hired’ (not supervised by InHouse Ents staff) is only covered for any issues from the set up, not for any accidents arising through poor supervision. Any attraction ‘wet-hired’ (supervised by InHouse Ents staff) is managed by us and as such falls under our insurance.
I want to run an event but I don’t know what I want, what shall I do?
Contact one of our team members in the office and they can run through all your options and create a bespoke package to fit in with your budget. Many of our delightful customers would rather us look after the whole event for them too. Take a look at the Event Management section of our website to find out more information.
I want to buy an inflatable where can I buy one?
We regularly have some of our older attractions for sale through our website, or check out our sister company Inflatable Testing Wales, where we can design and build an inflatable to make your dreams a reality.
By unlimited servings on your Fun Foods do you really mean unlimited?
We certainly do! Our team comes prepared with enough to feed an army (not literally!) and we will make as many servings as you and your guests can get through in your event time!
Can I personalise the attractions with our company logo?

I’m running a charity event, can you offer anything free of charge?
Unfortunately we cannot offer every charity event free items as we choose one charity per year to work with and support. We do offer a charity discount to bonafide charities. Get in contact if you’d like to find out more!
